MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)

BRIEF ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

The incumbent will undergo a one year program of Management Trainee, including an on-the-job training and exposure to a variety of analytical, administrative and operational functions in all departments. Regular evaluation will be conducted and subsequent job posting will be based on competency acquired during training period.

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Male or Female, holding a bachelor degree in any discipline from STMT Trisakti.
2. Minimum GPA of 3.0 (out of 4.00).
3. Fresh graduate or maximum 1 (one) year experience.
4. Strong at gathering information & analysis and develop solutions.
5. Able to work as part of team members and act as a team player.
6. Possess good interpersonal and communications skill.
7. Highly proactive, Initiative and fast learner.
8. Willing and keen to learn something new.
9. Good language skills - Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.
10. Advanced skill to operate Microsoft Office and other related programs.
